As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into looking for our first home. We contacted Dina, who made us an appointment within 48 hours to meet both her and her lender in order to determine our price range. Once that was done, she had six listings set within 24 hours. We were amazed at how fast she worked. During the entire process, she went with us to over 15 listings. She helped us write down our likes and dislikes for each house and she really listened to us. She found houses that were within our price range yet they were exactly what we are looking for. When we narrowed the list to a few properties, Dina already knew what house was our favorite without us even telling her. She received word that other couples were putting in an offer and called us one evening to tell us “we had to make a move.” She had an offer ready the next day, holding our hands every step of the way, explaining all of those terms that seem foreign to first time home buyers. She wrote a cover letter to go along with the offer and personally delivered it to the seller’s agent. I truly believe Dina is the only reason our offer was accepted over the others. The seller’s agent thought a lot of Dina and the sellers told me that the letter she wrote was the icing on the cake. Our dream of owning our first home had come true and Dina did it in about a month. It was amazing! She is a brilliant, caring real estate agent who wants nothing more than the best for her clients. We cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us.

Dina Griggs has the customer solely as the main priority. Dina helped us find the house we wanted not the house or neighborhood
the Realtor liked. She also made sure we kept in our
budget. When we were looking at more expensive houses
she was NOT thinking about making more commission,
instead she made sure we stayed in our price range.
Dina had a simple 3 point service model for us.
1) Showed us what WE wanted to see, (she would
sometimes watch our Children while my Wife and I went
through some of the homes.
2) Worked for us in the closing (Saved us $3,000 in
negotiating with a very tough builder.
